How Calculations Work
1. Daily Campaign Parameters
Configure each day of your bonus campaign independently. Switch between days using the tabs.
Expected Orders
Total number of orders expected for this day across all couriers
Extra Fee Per Order
Additional cost paid on every single order (applies to all orders, not just eligible couriers)
Base Bonus
Fixed bonus amount each eligible courier receives for reaching the order threshold
Bonus Threshold
Minimum number of orders a courier must complete to qualify for the bonus
Per Extra Order Rate
Additional bonus per order above the threshold, up to the cap
Order Cap
Maximum orders that count for the per-extra-order bonus

Example: 1,700 orders, 5₪/order fee, 70 eligible couriers, 200₪ base bonus at 20 orders, 10₪/extra order capped at 30
Extra Fee = 1,700 × 5 = 8,500₪
Best Bonus = 70 × 200 = 14,000₪ → Best Total = 22,500₪
Worst Bonus = 70 × (200 + 10×10) = 70 × 300 = 21,000₪ → Worst Total = 29,500₪

3. Step-Based Bonuses
An alternative bonus model using checkpoint steps. Each step defines an order threshold and a bonus amount per courier who reaches it. Parameters (orders, extra fee, eligible couriers) are automatically pulled from the active day tab.

4. Distribution Scenarios
Model how eligible couriers spread across steps. For each scenario, enter how many couriers reach each step. The total cannot exceed the eligible couriers from the active day.

Calculates the total cost for each distribution scenario.
